Arthur was born in a rural community in Pennsylvania and demonstrated a strong work ethic throughout his life. Arthur attended college while serving in the Air Force and was deployed to Vietnam from 1965 to 1966.
He later became a commercial pilot and established his own Charter Air Service and flight school, before shifting his focus to a successful electrical service company for over 20 years.
Now, Arthur desires to apply the same work ethic and dedication of getting things done!
He is prepared to extend his extensive record of serving his nation by enhancing the standard of living for all Americans in his role as the President of the United States.
